2.1 Contact Form

When you use our contact form, we collect the following data:

• Name
• Company (optional)
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Event details (event type, date, number of guests, loft selection)
• Message

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries).

2.2 Server Log Files

Each time you access our website, information is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type and operating system. This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is not merged with other data sources. Storage is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technical security).

2.3 Cookies

Our website only uses technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the website (e.g., language preference). No tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools are used.

3. Hosting

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). Vercel processes personal data on our behalf and is contractually obligated to take appropriate technical and organizational data protection measures. Data transfer to the USA is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Email Delivery

For sending confirmation and notification emails related to contact inquiries, we use the service Resend (Resend Inc., USA). Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Resend only processes data required for email delivery (email address, name). Data transfer is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Google Reviews

We display Google reviews on our website. The Google Places API is contacted to retrieve current review data. No personal data of website visitors is transmitted to Google — the API call is made server-side.

6. Fonts

We exclusively use self-hosted fonts (DM Serif Display, DM Sans). No external font services (e.g., Google Fonts) are integrated. Therefore, no data is transferred to third parties through fonts.

9. Storage Duration

Personal data from contact inquiries is stored for the duration of the inquiry processing and subsequently for the duration of statutory retention periods (typically 7 years according to BAO). After expiry of the periods, the data is deleted.
