What's included in the price?
For up to 20 guests, our all-inclusive flat rate applies — room rental, equipment, tech and setup/teardown are included. For larger groups, pricing depends on group size and desired scope. We'll put together a custom package for you.
What are the event hours?
Full day means 8 hours between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Evening events are possible until 11:00 PM. As we're centrally located and maintain good neighbourly relations, all events end by 11:00 PM at the latest.
Can I organize catering?
We work with an in-house caterer who knows our spaces inside out. But you're also welcome to bring your own caterer — at no extra cost or conditions.
Can I set up earlier or tear down later?
Yes, an additional setup or teardown day is possible. The terms depend on the scope and your overall package — just reach out and we'll find a fair solution.
How do my guests reach the location?
We're right by Vienna's Naschmarkt — U4 Kettenbrückengasse is a 2-minute walk. Bus lines 13A and 14A stop right at the door. Private parking in the courtyard is available upon request.
Is there personal support?
Yes, our team greets you on arrival, is available as your point of contact throughout the entire event, and takes care of everything so you can focus on your event.
Is parking available?
The courtyard has private spots for suppliers and by arrangement for guests. The nearest public parking garage is Garage Mittersteig, about a 7-minute walk. There are also short-term parking zones in the surrounding area.
Do the lofts have outdoor access?
Yes, all lofts have direct access to our spacious green courtyard with mature trees. Some lofts also have their own private garden areas — perfect for breaks or outdoor receptions.
