Terms & Conditions
Rental of rooms and equipment
A binding booking of a location (rooms, lofts, etc…) is made by written, also informal confirmation of the booking request by online booking, fax, e-mail or letter. However, a room is only considered to be firmly reserved when the full rental fee has been received by FILMQUARTIER WIEN. The rental fee is due in advance and is considered a voucher, which will be offset against the actual costs after invoicing for the rental object.
If you book a room privately, in particular by telephone, fax, e-mail or internet, the interested party, as a consumer within the meaning of the KSchG (Consumer Protection Act), has a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days, calculated from the conclusion of the contract, within the meaning of the Distance and Outward Transactions Act (FAGG). This does not apply to rental bookings that already begin within these 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.
The withdrawal period shall be deemed to have been observed if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the period. Withdrawals from the contractual declaration are therefore possible within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract without giving reasons by sending a written declaration of withdrawal (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail). It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within this period (the date of the postmark is decisive). Saturdays do not count as working days.
The written notice of withdrawal is to be sent to:
H.R.Siegl GmbH
Schönbrunnerstrasse 31
1050 Vienna
office@filmquartier.at or via phone as described in Contact.

Google Analytics uses such target-oriented cookies. More information on the handling of user data with Google Analytics can be found in the Google privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de
You can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

Use of the remarketing or “similar target groups” function of Google Inc.
On our website, we use the remarketing or “similar target groups” function of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). This function serves the purpose of analysing visitor behaviour and visitor interests.
Google uses cookies to carry out the analysis of website usage, which forms the basis for the creation of interest-based advertisements. The cookies are used to record visits to the website as well as anonymised data on the use of the website. No personal data of visitors to the website is stored. If you subsequently visit another website in the Google Display Network, you will be shown advertisements that are highly likely to take into account previously accessed product and information areas.
Your data may also be transmitted to the USA. An adequacy decision of the European Commission is available for data transfers to the USA.
The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO from the legitimate interest in targeting visitors to the website with advertising by displaying personalised, interest-related advertising ads for visitors to the provider’s website when they visit other websites in the Google Display Network.
You have the right to object at any time to this processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO for reasons arising from your particular situation.
You can permanently deactivate the use of cookies by Google by following the link below and downloading and installing the plug-in provided there: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/7395996?hl=de
Alternatively, you can disable the use of cookies by third parties by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out page at https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/

You can find more information on Google Remarketing and the associated data protection declaration at: https://www.google.com/privacy/ads/
Use of Google Adwords conversion tracking
We use the online advertising programme “Google AdWords” on our website and in this context conversion tracking (visit action evaluation). Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we will be able to recognise that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no way that cookies can be tracked across AdWords customers’ websites.
The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics. Here, we learn the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO from the legitimate interest in targeted advertising and the analysis of the effect and efficiency of this advertising.
You have the right to object at any time to this processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO for reasons arising from your particular situation.
To do so, you can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate technical settings in your browser software. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
Furthermore, you can deactivate personalised advertising for you in Google’s advertising settings. You can find instructions on how to do this at https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=de
In addition, you can disable the use of cookies by third parties by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out page at https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and implement the further information on opting out mentioned there.
Further information and Google’s privacy policy can be found at: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
IP anonymisation
We use the function “Activation of IP anonymisation” on this website. This means that your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
It is noted that the website only provides initial information. Contracts for the use of locations can only be concluded between the customer and the respective company. In the event of a contract being concluded, the GTC of the company shall apply.
