Our venues are fully equipped with audio-visual facilities, projectors, microphones, and other presentation essentials. Additionally, we provide comfortable furniture, seating arrangements, and customisable layouts to suit your event needs. You can find the list of our available amenities and equipment here.

Absolutely! We offer our in-house catering services through Durstwaren & Essbarkeiten. However, if you prefer to bring your own food or opt for external catering, you are more than welcome to do so. Moreover, our central location offers a variety of restaurants and bistros in close proximity for your convenience.

We are conveniently located with excellent transportation options. Public transport is easily accessible, with well-connected bus routes including 12A, 13A, 14A, and 59A. The U4 underground line at “Kettenbrückengasse” station is only a 5-minute walk. Additionally, our private inner courtyard offers convenient parking options for loading and unloading purposes.

Yes, we can provide information on nearby accommodations, ensuring that out-of-town guests have convenient lodging options.

Yes, our team will greet you upon arrival and provide support throughout your event, ensuring assistance is always available on-site.

Public Transport: U4 stations Kettenbrückengasse and Pilgramgasse. Nearby bus lines include 13A, 12A, 14A, and 59A. 

Car: From Pilgramgasse towards Margaretenplatz, turn left, then take the first left onto Strobachgasse, and finally, turn right before Schönbrunner Straße into the last large entrance. Look for the entrance gate to the right of the SPAR supermarket

Parking spaces are available for cars and trucks. When booking you get free spaces for Loading and unloading. The daily rates are €20,- for cars and €30,- for trucks. Please specify the desired number of parking spaces when booking, especially for truck spaces, which must be booked at least two days in advance

We love to party – but out of consideration for neighbors, all events must end by 11 p.m., including dismantling. From 10 p.m., we ask to reduce noise levels.

Our in-house catering „Durstwaren & Essbarkeiten“ offers organic products for various events. However, there is no obligation to use our catering, and self-catering is also an option.

In genreal, there is a 30% discount on the daily rental for set-up and dismantling days at our locations.

For bookings including two or more days, a flat rate can be negotiated.

Yes, heating for all lofts and flats is included. Specific temperature preferences can be specified at least one day in advance.
