Step into Module 1, unveiling the serene SILENT LOFT paired with a vibrant green inner courtyard. Spanning 125 m² and accommodating up to 60 people, this module provides an optimal setting for seminars, conferences, firm events, and more. Equipped with a convenient kitchenette (Kitcase) and three toilets, it ensures both functionality and comfort for your diverse event needs. 

Discover Module 1, featuring the peaceful SILENT LOFT and a green courtyard. With 125 m² of space for up to 60 people, it’s the perfect spot for seminars, conferences, and events. Plus, it comes with a kitchenette.

Module 2

Upgrade your experience with Module 2, where an additional room complete with a bar and small kitchen awaits—ideal for seamless catering or a buffet setup. Encompassing a total area of 150 m², this variant delivers a versatile space that caters to your specific needs, providing an enhanced environment for seminars, networking events, and a variety of occasions

Module 3

Spanning a total area of 200 m² and accommodating up to 80 people, this module fosters an optimal environment for breakout sessions, facilitating a seamless transition for the main group to divide into smaller, focused subgroups.
