Short description: This approximately 170 m² FILM LOFT No. 1 can also be booked together with the GRAND LOFT (210 m²) located on the ground floor for larger team events. There are a total of 4 film locations in the same building, and all 4 lofts have access to the beautiful, green, and very quiet courtyard.
Additionally, on the floor above, you can book FILM LOFT No. 2 and FILM LOFT No. 3 (2nd floor). INFO: If a large group, for example, 100-120 people in the GRAND LOFT (210 m²), wants to divide into up to 4 smaller teams of 25-30 people each, this can easily be accommodated in FILM LOFTS No. 1 – No. 3.
All FILM LOFTS are technically well-equipped and ideal as additional locations for corporate events, seminars, and conferences.
For example, HERMÈS Paris has booked all three FILM LOFTS (No. 1 – No. 3) continuously for a month in 2023 due to the excellent breakout options and infrastructure. Perfect for team events, conferences, and meetings of all kinds, where the main group of 60-80 people from FILM LOFT No. 1 (1st floor) divides into three smaller teams of 20-30 people each in FILM LOFT No. 2 and No. 3 (both on the same 2nd floor).
This event location is approximately 17 x 10 meters in a rectangular layout without columns and includes a separate 20 m² kitchen space and a structurally separated restroom facility.

From the fall of 2023, you will have access to 9 (!) lofts & locations permanently, many of them between 100-200 m² and for 10-120 people. This means that there is often still plenty of space available even at a later stage. Above the GRAND LOFT, FILM LOFT No. 1 (170 m²) / FILM LOFT No. 2 (70 m²) / No. 3 (110 m²) have now been completed, allowing the main group from the GRAND LOFT (210 m²) to divide into up to 4 smaller teams in the same building with the green courtyard. In total, FILMQUARTIER WIEN offers 9 lofts for large groups for up to 9 smaller teams. Feel free to come and visit the FILMQUARTIER universe upon request and availability.
