Short description: This approximately 110 m² FILM LOFT No. 3 is only available in combination with FILM LOFT No. 1 located below it on the 1st floor (and/or with the GRAND LOFT 210 m² on the ground floor). In addition to FILM LOFT No. 3, the directly accessible FILM LOFT No. 2 (70 m² – on the same floor next door) can be optionally booked. Well-suited as an additional location for corporate events, seminars, and conferences.
For example, HERMÈS Paris booked all three FILM LOFTS (No. 1 – 3) continuously for a month in 2023 due to the excellent breakout options and infrastructure. Perfect for team events, conferences, and meetings of all kinds, where the main group with 60 people from FILM LOFT No. 1 (1st floor) divides into three smaller teams of 20 people each in FILM LOFT No. 2 and No. 3 (both on the same 2nd floor).
Adequate event technology, equipment, and furnishings are available. The atmosphere provides a serene and pleasant setting for events, presentations, discussions, or small family events.
This seminar location is approximately 11 x 10 meters in a rectangular layout without columns and includes a separate kitchen space and a structurally separated restroom facility.
